Sachetan Means Sachetan is a mental state achieved by focusing self-awareness on the present moment while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations—used as a therapeutic technique. Sachetan does not involve any evaluation, interpretation or judgment. In other words, Sachetan is an awareness of perception that focuses on “being” rather than “doing.”

Days, duration and activities for the Sachetan: From Monday to Saturday (on working days only) sessions will be hosted on ZOOM at 10.00 am. The duration of the session is 30m. How to Join Sachetan? All the classes, sessions and activities of Manovikas shall be scheduled accordingly to the Sachetan Programme. All should be assembled by 9:58 am on ZOOM or physically in the Main Hall of Manovikas.
